There is a beauty and depth of sound in these instruments that is uniquely Velazquez: the trebles are solid, rich and full of luster; the basses deep, warm and soulful. Perfectly balanced across the fingerboard, these instruments are equally smooth and even up and down the strings. The low, easy string set up is excellent; the neck contour, one of the most comfortable around. In sum, these are elegant sounding and looking concert guitars with a strong yet flexible musical character, wide color palette and overall refined aural aesthetic.
Materials: Master grade Indian sides and back, fine straight grain European spruce soundboard, French polish of shellac finish. Rodgers precision tuning machines (the finest in the world) with engraved brass sideplates and mother of pearl oval buttons, beautiful master grade materials and workmanship, 650mm string length, Galli Strings.
